WPP Terms & Policies

Effective August 25, 2026

These terms apply to Wellness Practice Platform (WPP), a software platform for wellness practitioners and practices. By creating or using a WPP account, you agree to these terms. These policies are intended as WPP's customer-facing business terms and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel as the business grows.

Terms of Service

WPP provides practice-management tools that may include scheduling, client management, public practice pages, services and products, forms, communications, payments, team tools, classes or events, and AI-assisted features. Features may change as WPP improves.

WPP is designed for wellness-practice operations and is not a substitute for medical, mental-health, legal, tax, or other licensed professional advice. Practitioners are responsible for determining whether WPP is appropriate for their scope of practice and for complying with laws, professional rules, consent requirements, record-retention obligations, and other requirements that apply to their work.

You are responsible for your account credentials, the accuracy and legality of information you enter, the conduct of users you authorize, and obtaining any permissions or consents required before entering client information into WPP. You may not use WPP for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, or harmful activity.

Practitioners remain responsible for their own services, client relationships, pricing, refunds to their clients, professional representations, and business operations. WPP provides technology and support tools but does not become the practitioner or provider of the practitioner's wellness services.

Privacy Policy

WPP may collect account and business information such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, practice information, subscription and transaction identifiers, support communications, and information users choose to store while operating their practice.

WPP uses information to provide and secure the platform, authenticate users, process and support transactions, deliver requested communications, troubleshoot problems, provide customer support, maintain and improve WPP, and meet legal obligations.

WPP uses service providers to operate parts of the platform, including infrastructure, authentication, email delivery, payments, and related technical services. Payment-card information is handled by the applicable payment processor rather than being stored directly by WPP where the payment flow is processor-hosted.

WPP does not sell practitioner or client information as a data-broker product. Access to practice data is restricted according to account and practice permissions. Practitioners are responsible for providing any privacy notices and obtaining any consents required for the client information they place in WPP.

Users may contact WPP regarding account or privacy questions at support@wellnesspracticeplatform.com.

Subscription, Trial & Billing Terms

WPP software plans are recurring subscriptions. Unless a checkout screen states otherwise, a new WPP software subscription begins with a 30-day free trial. The applicable recurring plan price begins after the trial and continues until canceled.

Current standard software plans are WPP Solo at $49/month, WPP Small Practice at $129/month, and WPP Growing Practice at $199/month. The price and amount due shown at checkout control if a promotion or future pricing change differs from this page.

Optional Done-for-You Setup is a separate one-time human service and is not part of the free software trial. Current standard setup pricing is $299 for Solo, $499 for Small Practice, and $799 for Growing Practice. Any amount due immediately is displayed before payment is confirmed.

WPP Care & Support is an optional recurring human-support subscription separate from the core WPP software subscription. One-Time WPP Help is charged separately when purchased. Stripe or another designated payment processor may securely process applicable charges.

By starting a paid or trial subscription, you authorize recurring charges after any stated trial period until cancellation, subject to the terms displayed at checkout.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel a recurring WPP software or WPP Care subscription through the available billing-management tools. Cancellation stops future renewal charges; access may continue through the applicable paid billing period or trial period as indicated by the billing system.

Recurring subscription charges already processed are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where WPP determines a billing error occurred. Cancel before the next renewal date to avoid the next recurring charge.

Done-for-You Setup and One-Time WPP Help reserve real human service time. If work has not begun, contact WPP promptly and WPP will review a cancellation or refund request. Once substantial work has begun or a purchased service has been delivered, those service fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact support@wellnesspracticeplatform.com so WPP can review the transaction.

Availability, Changes & Account Action

WPP works to provide reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, third-party outages, internet conditions, integrations, and other events may affect service. WPP may update features, policies, or pricing prospectively and will provide notice when legally or commercially appropriate.

WPP may restrict or terminate accounts used for unlawful activity, security abuse, nonpayment, material violation of these terms, or conduct that creates material risk to WPP or other users. Where practical, WPP will seek to provide reasonable notice and an opportunity to address ordinary account issues.
